INTRODUCTION

Here’s an interesting story about Swati Sharma and her journey to her present transformation. Swati Sharma is a teacher by profession. Owing to disordered eating habits she added up high-calorific food alternatives to her diet and ended up gaining a lot of weight in a very few months.

Through consistent effort and determination, she lost 10 Kg within 2 months and got a fit body just as she wanted. She regained her confidence and we are proud to say that we understood her requirements and correctly administered her with a suitable fitness plan.
 

FITNESS PROGRAMMING

Swati informed us that she had been performing various exercises by herself for several weeks but she found it safer to consult a professional coach because of facing muscular cramps and twitches, extreme body pain, and many more complications. So she decided to approach a professional and do the exercises in an orderly way.

So, our first suggestion to Swati was the Jumping Rope as it is one of the best cardiovascular workouts for her given that she wished to train at home and no existing knee complications. Then came walking, morning or evening that was up to Swati but daily, she was recommended to walk at least 5000 to 10000 steps. Every 2 weeks we kept increasing her steps by 500 extra steps.

Next, we added cycling to the list along with a few stretching exercises daily to keep her limber and flexible.

This plan helped us alter her body to quite an extent and needless to mention that Swati diligently followed every step.

NUTRITION

Now comes the most important part of the science of fitness transformations, a proper diet. We suggested a completely vegetarian diet as this was her preference.

She opted for a lacto-vegetarian diet which does not include meat or eggs. Swati needed a perfect diet to gain her desired results so we crafted out the most optimal plan we could given her requirements.

Her diet mostly included fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and protein-rich substances such as nutritional yeast, tofu, and soybean.

A controlled lacto-vegetarian diet is beneficial in improving heart health and reducing common risk factors for heart diseases, it also promotes blood sugar control along with supporting weight loss.

The nutrition and workouts reduced her body fats to about 24%.

Altogether she reduced 10 Kg in just 2 months along with losing a total of 5 inches.
