About Dolores

Dolores is a university lecturer by profession, but her passion lies in marathon running. Before her consultation, she had already run several half marathons and maintained an active and healthy lifestyle.

Despite the exercise she was getting, Dolores was not fully satisfied with her fitness. She approached Let’s Be Fit for a proper diet and exercise plan to follow consistently and lose a few extra kilos. She also wanted to work on greater endurance and flexibility, both extremely essential for her marathon runs.

Keeping her lifestyle and goals in mind, we created a custom plan that suited her perfectly and she could follow easily. The excellent results she has achieved speak for themselves and we’re proud to say that Dolores now runs full marathons as well! Congratulations Dolores, you inspire us all!
Diet and Nutrition
We make sure that all our clients have a diet plan which is healthy, tasty, and easily accessible. For Dolores, we made sure her diet provided her with enough energy to fuel her body for her active lifestyle while making sure she was losing weight sustainably.

We made additional changes whenever required. Especially for athletes such as Dolores, we often need to make changes right before and after activities such as marathons to ensure the body has all the energy it needs.

Dolores often cooks for herself, so a part of her nutrition consultation was calculating the calories for such recipes. This allowed creativity in her diet and encouraged her to try out new recipes as well. Educating clients about nutrition facts is something we prioritise. She has been extremely receptive to all suggestions and advice from our end and has consistently worked hard to achieve the best results.
