About Aishwarya

Aishwarya is a successful IT professional who has always been heavily academically inclined. Throughout her student life, her biggest priority was doing well academically, which did not leave her with a lot of time to spend on her health.

As a result, Aishwarya ended up gaining weight, and her physical wellness was not at its best. She approached Optimum Wellness for a workout chart and motivational guidance.

Workouts

The workout charts prepared for Aishwarya were completely home-based. There was no gym equipment used so all the workouts were purely bodyweight movements.

Initially, Aishwarya was skeptical about how efficient home workouts would be in helping her reach her goals. However, I provided her proper guidelines as well as demonstrational videos of each exercise and she not only lost weight but also became consistent and disciplined in her workouts.
