Introduction

Shrey had always been interested in fitness and nutrition. Working with a student as dedicated as Shrey is always a pleasure, and the eagerness and dedication from his end has made this transformation fruitful for both of us.

For his physical transformation, we worked on building a more athletic physique. In 6 months, he built an amazingly defined body and brought down his body fat percentage to around 10%.

Along with fitness, Shrey also learned all about the science behind nutrition and fitness. He applied all the concepts he learnt to himself and now he’s helping his clients as well as a fitness and nutrition coach!

Workout and Nutrition

An interesting characteristic of Shrey’s diet is that he was on a slight calorie surplus. However, despite the calorie surplus, his body was still defined and shredded.

This shows how important it is to understand the science behind nutrition and exercise. With the proper balance, it is possible to alter your body’s fat composition exactly as desired.

For his diet, we focused on high-calorie non-vegetarian protein sources. Peanuts and other nuts were the primary fat sources and for carbohydrates, we mostly used sattu as the source. Thanks to careful control of the amount of all macro and micronutrients, Shrey remained muscular despite gaining weight.

A Successful Career

Shrey is now a popular fitness and nutrition coach. He has helped many clients on their own wellness transformation and continues to impact more people. With his popular social media presence on Instagram and Facebook, as well as his website, Shrey interacts with his followers and regularly uploads fitness content.

He is also the brand ambassador of Boldfit, a health and nutrition company. Apart from that, he has also been part of commercial shoots.

The several successful transformations under his mentorship prove his expertise as a nutrition and fitness coach. But that’s not all. As a personal trainer, he helps his clients with their overall health and wellbeing as well.

Mentorship

In Shrey’s case, I did not limit my mentorship to a physical transformation. I taught him all about the science behind nutrition, which he now applies to his clients as well.

To help Shrey in his career as a nutrition and fitness coach, I provided guidance regarding his website and have always been accessible in case he has any queries. Apart from that, I guided him on making diet and nutrition charts for his clients in 5 minutes.

Despite my contribution, we should remember that all a coach can do is to guide you towards the right path and keep you motivated along the way. Without dedication and commitment from the mentee, it is impossible to see results.
