Nutrition Plan

Kushal’s diet was a simple non-vegetarian diet designed to be as convenient as possible while still showing effective results. There were five meals in his day including a light brunch and snacks for energy and sustenance. We also provided guidelines for supplementation in the form of multivitamins and creatine as pre-workout.

Many people wrongly assume that weight loss requires bland, foreign foods that leave you unsatisfied. But one look at the simple, easily accessible nutrition plans made by Optimum Wellness will surely change your time. In Kushal’s case, for example, he consumed simple whole foods such as rice, chicken, fish, eggs and fruits while following a proper training regimen and achieved fantastic results.

Fitness Workout Plan

Kushal’s workout plan utilized both bodyweight and weightlifting movements for swift and effective weight loss. Throughout the week we targeted muscles in the legs, abs, chest, shoulders, arms, biceps, and back areas. It is important to make sure each muscle group gets trained throughout the group to achieve overall fat loss and witness defined muscles as well.

For many of the bodyweight movements, Kushal would repeat the sets to failure. What this means is he would train till he was at his limit and unable to complete one more repetition. This is a commonly used method in weight lifting and bodybuilding to build strength and muscle mass.

As usual, we provided video tutorials and detailed written instructions for each and every move. Kushal was given one rest day per week and as usual, instructions were provided regarding hydration and our team was always present for any doubts and queries.
