Khushi’s fitness began to show positive changes when she decided to become a nutritionist and take charge of her fitness. She wanted to transform her health, understand the science behind fitness and help others do the same. She came to us for guidance and I was honored to help her on this amazing journey.

As she pursued her education in the field, Khushi began to understand how the food she eats affects her. With knowledge comes the ability to make smarter choices, be it regarding food or any other aspect. Khushi began to understand what is best for her health and so we started seeing amazing results.               
  
As a certified nutritionist, Khushi now helps others on their fitness journeys as well. With informative, evidence-backed posts on social media on health and fitness and creating positive changes. As her mentors, we are incredibly proud to see Khushi’s success. She is hardworking, and determined and continues to learn and improve herself every single day. We are sure that she will continue on her path of success and be an even bigger inspiration to those around her.

Dance and Zumba

Cardio can be a fun and creative way of losing stubborn weight and fat, and this is certainly the case in Khushi’s journey. As someone who loves expressing herself through dance, we felt like it could be the perfect way of shaping her fitness.

Taking her love for dance to the next level, Khushi trained to become a professional Zumba instructor. Through diligent practice and training, she not only managed to lose weight and get in shape but develop more confidence and self-assurance.

After an initial period of relying on cardio, Khushi decided to step into the gym and began weight training as well. Weight training amplified and enhanced her physique further and Khushi is now at a stage where she is proud and confident of her body and the journey that led her towards it. This truly shows how once you begin to make mindful choices regarding fitness, it can lead you to be more outgoing and open to new challenges and success.

Nutrition

Nutrition can be incredibly simple and fit your lifestyle while still giving desirable results.

As a pure vegetarian, Khushi preferred to keep her diet simple and direct. She focused on portion control, getting her protein, and keeping her calorie intake under control.

Instead of seeing nutrition as something restrictive, Khushi chose to focus instead on the science behind weight loss and build a positive relationship with food. As a result, she achieved her weight loss goals while still enjoying her favorite indulgent foods in moderation.

Current Routine

Now that Khushi has a weight and physique she is happy with, she is focusing on her career as a nutritionist, fitness trainer, and Zumba instructor. She is helping clients reach their fitness goals while continuing to work on her own fitness and knowledge.

With her social media account, she expresses herself through dance and educational videos and posts on fitness and nutrition. Her story portrays how liberating fitness can be, and how it can quite literally transform your life.
