Weight Gain

Rupali has actually been in the nutrition industry for quite some years, so she is well-informed about the importance of fitness and nutrition. However, she gained some weight after her marriage.

While it is normal to lose touch with fitness during such times, we must remember the importance of taking care of our health and get back in track as soon as we can. Fat Loss Nutrition Plan

Rupali lost around 10 kgs during her transformation journey by following the nutrition plan we created for while. Meanwhile, she continued gaining knowledge about nutrition through her classes.
We can achieve sustainable weight loss through a calorie deficit diet. To put it simply, in a calorie deficit diet, you burn more calories than you eat. A prolonged calorie diet results in a healthy and gradual weight loss.
We created a customised nutrition plan for Rupali keeping in mind her dietary preferences and habits which made it easier for her to follow her plan with as much ease as possible.

Regular Exercising

When it comes to exercise, people have varying preferences and comfort levels. A good coach makes sure to put their client’s needs first and create plans they are comfortable with.
In Rupali’s case, she preferred weight-training and HIIT-based workout plans. So, with a curated blend of cardio and weight-based workouts, Rupali steadily lost weight and can proudly flaunt her great physique.
During her transformation journey, Rupali’s passion for nutrition was rekindled and she decided to take things a step further and pursue fitness on a professional level. As her coaches, we could not be prouder of her decision and have tried our best to provide guidance wherever required.
