About Ismail

As we’ve already mentioned, Ismail has a background in MMA. His passion for sports and fitness is deeply rooted to his MMA training, and it has played a crucial role in his transformation as well.

Apart from being an MMA athlete, Ismail is also a NASM-certified nutritionist. He understands the importance of nutrition for fat loss. So, regarding nutrition, Ismail had no difficulty staying consistent and controlling his diet.

With a starting weight of 75 kgs, Ismail’s primary goal was not to lose weight. Rather, we focused on reducing his overall body fat levels and building great muscles. Over the course of 6 months, we worked hard to optimise his diet and create the best workout plans for him to achieve his desired physique.

As you can see from his current pictures, all the hard work has paid off in the best possible manner. Ismail has a shredded body and continues to put diligent effort into maintaining and improving his physique and fitness levels.

Workout and Nutrition

Ismail’s preference was to include a variety of exercises in his workout routine. As a trained athlete, he performed well in workouts that may challenge beginners.

Our primary focus on Ismail’s diet and nutrition was fat loss. Fat loss differs from weight loss, as it refers to weight loss that occurs specifically from losses in fat mass. To achieve fat loss, we provided special attention to Ismail’s protein intake and hydration levels. Apart from that, we carefully restricted his calories while ensuring his body got the required sustenance.

Balancing both the workout and nutrition plans is essential for seeing the best results. As his coaches, we created plans perfectly suited to Ismail’s requirements.

Follow-Ups

For mentoring, different approaches work for different clients. In Ismail’s case, he believes he performs much better if we strictly follow up with him. So that’s the approach we have adopted, and it works the best for him. Ismail’s follow-ups were done via a dedicated WhatsApp group. We provided quick responses to any queries, check portion sizes, and offer feedback on his food intake. Whenever he had social outings and had to eat food outside his regular meal plan, we offered substitutes wherever possible.
